2025 NEW LEVEL 2 /3 /Intermediate Yoga Flow 8Week Course with Jules Laville DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE Live Your Life in harmony with Yourself & the world around you FEEL MORE GROUNDED, BALANCED AND CONNECTED BODY, MIND & SOUL Tuesday 6-7:15pm 👉🏼 Starts 7th Jan - 25th Feb 2025 This course is perfect for those who have a regular yoga practice and have been practicing yoga for a few years. So, if you have either been attending a regular open level yoga class, Level 1/2 /3 Class/Course or have a regular home practice this course is perfect if you would like to explore deepening your Yoga practice... take the next step! Within this course we will dive deep into improving our strength & flexibility both physically & mentally. With focused awareness, intention and controlled breath (Pranayama) we will learn, practice moving mindfully, with awareness throughout transitions and sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) to the rhythm of our breath. Once warm & focused, we will build stamina & resilience through the practice of holding yoga poses (Asanas) for longer, the more we become aware, connected to our 'self' we will learn to make subtle 'self' anatomic shifts, adjustments, to help release tension & stress held in the body and mind. As with all practices, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and respect today’s limits; to modify and rest when needed. In addition to learning, practicing intermediate level Yoga Poses this Level 2 /3 Intermediate Course will also include: Inversions Arm Balances Meditation (Dhyāna) Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) Developing a regular home practice Bandhas (locks) Yoga Binds Yoga Philosophy Sanskrit Anatomical terms NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Please don't be put off my the words intermediate. There is always something you can do! Options, modifications, variations to suit your needs are always available. Please remember, taking the next step isn't just about the physical practice. Yoga can help you find calm and strength amongst uncertainty, looking inwards, learn about & get to know yourself deeper.
