Meditation Sound Bath

Service Description

Sound therapy has been around for centuries and has been used in healing by various cultures. The resonance or vibration of the instruments connects with the body on different levels and helps to reset energies and rebalance frequencies within the body to enable healing. Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras and Koshi chimes to lead you on a meditation through sound to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and a feel deep sense relaxation afterwards. Attendees to the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes - similar to what you would wear for a yoga or Pilates class, and bring a camping or yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, an eyemask and a bottle of water. There are mats, pillows and blankets available at the studio if you can’t bring your own. The price per person per session is £14. A 5 session pass is available to purchase for £60 & is valid for 6 months.
