NEW Level 1 / 2 Yoga Flow 8 Week Course - Experienced Beginner/Intermediate EXPLORE THE NEXT LEVEL 👉🏼 DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE FEEL MORE GROUNDED AND CONNECTED TO YOUR BODY, MIND & SOUL Thursdays 6-715pm Starting : September 12th - 31st October 2024 at Space to Move Level 1 /2 Experienced Beginners / Intermediate course is suitable for those who have previous either completed Beginners Yoga Flow Courses, Level 1 /2 Yoga Flow Courses, attended an open level yoga class, or those who have developed a home practice who feel ready to explore the next level; commit too, progress & deepen their yoga practice. In these invigorating Level 1 / 2 Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) sessions we explore a combination of poses, movements and sequences incorporating backbends, hip openers, twists, forward folds, balances and inversions. We will also explore yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, commitment, home practice and ways to take yoga into your everyday life. Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) is an invigorating yoga style designed to fill the body and mind with a positive energy and a sense of deep inner calm. This popular style of yoga practice consciously links the movement of the body to the movement of the breath. Through 'placing in a special way' (Vinyasa), you will learn the safe alignment for each of the poses. The upbeat, energetic sequences of movement/flow use a balanced series of sun salutations, standing & seated postures to strengthen, build flexibility & develop stability in your body & mind. The first part of the practice is generally fast paced & energising, second part is slower, where we hold poses for longer, including the peak pose (focus/theme of the practice) before relaxation (Shavasana). NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME! Please don't be put of my the words intermediate or experienced. As always I will provide adaptations, adjustments, options to to suit your bodies needs. There is always something you can do! Deepening your practice, taking the next step isn't just about the physical practice. Yoga can help you find calm and strength amongst uncertainty, looking inwards, learn about & get to know yourself deeper.
