Yoga for Mental Health Monthly sessions: Fridays 7:30-9pm 4th Oct, 1st Nov & 6th Dec "Give yourself a bedtime mental health treat! Support your sleep with this class, designed to soothe your worries & encourage a restful sleep" CINDY 🌸 Movements & language focus on soothing anxiety, depression and distressing thoughts. A peaceful, protective space is essential for trauma-focussed yoga and so each class will be limited to 8 students max. A calm class with no yoga experience necessary. Beginners are very welcome, and you do not need to be flexible! After you express an interest/sign up Cindy will call you prior to the class to check this class can meet your needs. For this session we do ask for participants to book 24 hours prior to the session if possible. This allows time for those booked to be contacted with workshop/session information.  Payments from £8 available;
